New Delhi: Sai Doma, a seasoned leader within TOI, has been promoted to Director- Central East. He will be responsible for overseeing operations in Kolkata, Lucknow, Bhopal, Nagpur, Patna, and Bhubaneswar. Doma’s proven track record includes exceeding pre-pandemic revenue levels and achieving double-digit growth in 2023-24. He is known for his focus on providing comprehensive marketing solutions, which has significantly contributed to TOI’s success. In his new role, Doma will also manage the Central/Delhi Government and B3 PSU verticals, along with national language revenue streams.

The Times of India welcomes Rohit Sharma as its new Director- Response. Sharma brings over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development across diverse sectors like consumer durables, personal care, and cement. He has a strong track record working with leading companies such as Ambuja Cements, Videocon International, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co., Samsung India Electronics, and Philips India.
In his previous role at Philips India, Sharma served as Director- Sales (Personal Health Business) for the Indian subcontinent, driving growth and market expansion across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. As Director- Response (North), Sharma will be responsible for executing sales strategies, fostering growth, identifying revenue opportunities, and bolstering TOI’s market presence in the Response segment.
This leadership reshuffle positions TOI for continued success in the Central East region and strengthens its Response division. Doma’s proven leadership and Sharma’s extensive experience will be instrumental in driving TOI’s growth and market dominance.
