The hotel features multiple dining concepts including Casablanca, a vegetarian multi-cuisine restaurant, Sizzling BBQ rooftop venue, and the 360° Rooftop Restaurant designed for social gatherings and leisure dining experiences. The property also includes more than 7,000 square feet of banquet and event space suitable for conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.
Atul Upadhyay said Himmatnagar’s strategic location and growing business potential make it an important destination for hospitality expansion, adding that the new property has been designed to combine luxury, convenience, and modern guest experiences.

The hotel offers multiple room categories including Deluxe Twin, Superior Twin, Premium King, Premium King with Bathtub, and Pride Suite accommodations. Business travellers are expected to benefit from the property’s proximity to industrial hubs and GIDC areas, while leisure visitors are being targeted through wellness facilities, rooftop dining, and recreational experiences.
Koustuva Mukherjee stated that the property’s location on the Ahmedabad–Udaipur corridor positions it strongly for both corporate and tourism-driven demand in North Gujarat.
The project has also been developed in partnership with Ajay Bhai Patel, who announced plans for Phase 2 expansion through the upcoming Regal Lawns by Pride. The proposed development will include a 2,00,000 square feet venue focused on large-scale events, weddings, and leisure activities.
Rohit Malaiya said the hotel has been designed around personalised hospitality, modern comfort, and premium guest experiences across accommodation, dining, and event infrastructure.
