New Delhi: In a significant development in the Indian media landscape, Padmaja Joshi, Senior Journalist and Senior Executive Editor at Times Now, has resigned from her position. This marks the end of her second tenure with the prominent news channel.
Atleast two sources in the channel, confirmed Joshi’s resignation to MediaNoise.in, underscoring the impact of her departure on the channel.
Joshi’s journalistic career, spanning nearly 15 years, is marked by diverse roles including reporter, producer, commentator, and prime-time news anchor. She began her career as a reporter before transitioning to an anchoring role at Star News (now ABP News). In 2007, Joshi joined X News as a producer, further enhancing her experience in the industry.
Her career took a significant turn when she moved to Headlines Today (now India Today TV), where she served as an Anchor and Associate Executive Producer for about six years. Joshi first joined Times Now in 2014 as a News Editor, showcasing her skills and expertise.
