New Delhi: Network18, a leading media conglomerate, has announced a strategic leadership restructuring aimed at boosting revenue, improving cost efficiency, and driving product innovation. The company is prioritizing digital growth, technology advancements, and expanding its audience reach.
Puneet Singhvi, currently serving as CEO of Network18 (Digital) and President of Corporate Strategy, will take on additional responsibilities. He will now spearhead digital audience growth, overseeing the off-platform business and establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Singhvi will also play a crucial role in managing overall costs and strengthening partnerships with key platforms like Google, Taboola, and Amazon. Furthermore, he will explore collaborations with AI providers, connected TV brands, and other distribution channels to generate new revenue streams.

Avinash Kaul, CEO of Network18 (Broadcast) and Managing Director of A+E Networks, TV18, will lead the charge in driving direct revenue growth across television, digital, and print media, excluding Moneycontrol. He will continue to enhance ratings and oversee the operations of the TV and print business segments.
