New Delhi: Komal Kakkar has been appointed as the Head of Corporate Communications at HP India, bringing a wealth of experience to the role. With over a decade of expertise in public relations, Kakkar joins HP from Samsung Electronics, where she spent more than five years shaping the company’s communication strategies.
In her new role at HP India, Kakkar will be responsible for developing and executing impactful communication strategies that align with the company’s vision of creating technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere.

Prior to her tenure at Samsung Electronics, Kakkar has also contributed her expertise to organizations such as Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company and IPAN Hill & Knowlton. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Maitreyi College, Delhi University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the Sri Aurobindo Institute of Mass Communications.
This appointment marks a significant addition to the HP India leadership team as Kakkar brings her extensive experience and strategic vision to lead the company’s communications efforts in the Indian market.
