New Delhi: The Indian Premier League (IPL) has announced its schedule for the next three years, promising an action-packed cricketing extravaganza. The 2025 season is set to begin on March 14th and conclude on May 25th, featuring a total of 84 matches.
This announcement provides much-needed clarity for fans and teams alike, allowing them to plan their schedules well in advance. The 2026 season will also maintain the 84-match format, running from March 15th to May 31st. However, the 2027 season is set to expand, featuring a whopping 94 matches and taking place from March 14th to May 30th.

In another exciting development, JioStar, the joint venture between Reliance Industries and Disney Star, will hold the streaming and broadcast rights for the IPL.
