We take 25 young professionals, all under the age of 35, to various companies in Mumbai, Pune, and surrounding areas over a span of three nights and four days. Under the guidance of experienced proctor Manish Advani, participants are exposed to diverse industries and interact with different industry leaders. This brainstorming and exposure elevate their competence and leadership skills to a new level.
