Delhi Gets New Inclusive Café as Echoes Marks 15th Outlet Milestone

NEW DELHI:- Echoes Cafe India has launched its 15th outlet in Rohini, Delhi, further expanding its silent-service hospitality model focused on creating employment opportunities for deaf, mute, and specially-abled individuals.

The launch also reflects a collaboration between Dhani Foundation and Echoes Hospitality LLP aimed at strengthening employment opportunities for specially-abled communities through hospitality-driven initiatives.
Founded in 2015, Echoes has built its identity around a unique silent-service concept where communication barriers are addressed through inclusive systems and accessible customer interaction models. The brand has steadily expanded across India while positioning itself as a socially conscious hospitality venture focused on empowerment through employment.
Prateek Shokeen said the collaboration seeks to create a larger movement around accessibility, inclusion, and long-term social impact while ensuring specially-abled individuals receive dignified employment opportunities.
The inauguration event was attended by several dignitaries and public representatives including Devender Yadav, Nitin Ahlawat, and Ronak Khatri, along with bureaucrats and guests who acknowledged the initiative’s contribution towards inclusive entrepreneurship and accessibility-driven employment.

The Rohini outlet launch comes at a time when conversations around workplace diversity, accessibility, and inclusive employment practices are gaining momentum across India’s startup, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Dhani Foundation, founded in 2010, has worked with multiple hospitality and retail brands including Starbucks and Lemon Tree Hotels to create livelihood opportunities for deaf and mute individuals across India, Nepal, and Bangladesh
