NEW DELHI:- Kamini Singh is emerging as one of the prominent names shaping India’s organised luxury retail and lab-grown diamond ecosystem, bringing more than two decades of experience across retail leasing, mall strategy, commercial negotiations, and premium brand expansion. Currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Solitario, she is leading the company’s aggressive retail growth strategy across India and international markets including Dubai and Europe.
Known for her strong retail intelligence and large-scale expansion capabilities, Kamini Singh has played a critical role in accelerating Solitario’s physical retail presence. Under her leadership, the brand achieved a significant milestone by opening 20 stores within just 10 months, positioning it among the fastest-growing names in the luxury retail segment. Her responsibilities include securing prime retail locations, executing store launches, leading fit-outs, and driving go-to-market strategies across key geographies.

Before joining Solitario, Kamini held senior leadership roles across some of India’s leading retail and mall development companies. During her tenure at Phoenix Mills Ltd. between 2018 and 2023, she managed leasing operations spanning nearly 2.5 million square feet across flagship malls while maintaining occupancy levels close to 98 percent. She also contributed significantly to revenue growth and category expansion strategies across fashion, jewellery, electronics, home décor, food and entertainment.
Her earlier assignments at Amanora Town Centre and Nitesh Hub further strengthened her expertise in tenant acquisition, cluster planning, and large-scale retail leasing. She handled major retail mandates, built strategic tenant mixes, and worked closely with leading national brands across fashion and food categories.
Kamini’s journey in the luxury segment began with her association with Ciemme Jewels Pvt. Ltd. and later with MAIA, a luxury jewellery brand and DTC Sight Holder, where she played an instrumental role in expanding the brand presence across 13 cities and launching exclusive retail outlets. This early exposure to luxury consumer behaviour and premium retail positioning laid the foundation for her future leadership in organised luxury retail.
Widely recognised for her negotiation skills, operational precision, and strategic foresight, Kamini Singh has established herself as a credible industry voice in retail real estate and luxury brand expansion. Her ability to combine experiential retail formats with data-driven market intelligence continues to play a key role in shaping scalable luxury retail ecosystems in India and overseas.
