New Delhi: Reliance Industries group company Network18 has announced significant changes in its senior management team. Effective immediately, Shweta Gupta has been appointed as company secretary and compliance officer, replacing Nitten Gupta who has resigned from the company.
Sanchayan Paul, a seasoned HR professional, will join Network18 as chief human resource officer (CHRO) on November 1, 2024. He will be taking over from P. Sakthivel, who will be transitioning to a different role within the company.
Gupta brings over two decades of experience in secretarial, corporate governance, legal, and compliance functions. Prior to joining Network18, she served as company secretary, compliance officer, and legal head at Gulf Oil Lubricants India. She has also held key positions at Hindalco Industries and JSW Steel.

With over 25 years of experience in HR, Sanchayan Paul is a well-respected professional in the field. He has worked at various organizations, including Reliance Industries, Thomson Reuters, Eicher Consulting Services, Hutchison Essar Telecom, and Vodafone. Additionally, he has entrepreneurial experience, having founded KaryaMitr, a tech-enabled platform for skill building and training.
These leadership changes are expected to contribute to Network18’s continued growth and success in the media industry.
