New Delhi: In a significant development in the Indian media landscape, senior TV journalist Sant Prasad Rai has announced his resignation from ABP Network, one of the country’s leading news channels. Rai, who held the position of Senior Vice President (News and Production) at ABP News, joined the network nearly two years ago.
Following Rai’s departure, Rajnish Ahuja, another seasoned journalist, has been appointed as Executive Vice President (News and Production). All employees who previously reported to Rai will now report directly to Ahuja, who will in turn report to Rajiv Khandekar.
Rai’s resignation comes after a long and illustrious career in journalism, spanning over two and a half decades. Before joining ABP Network, he served as Managing Editor of TV9 Bharatvarsh, a Hindi news channel. Prior to that, he held senior positions at India TV and Zee News.
