NEW DELHI:- Pride Hotels Limited has expanded its footprint in the National Capital Region with the launch of Pride Premier Greater Noida, marking the group’s second hotel in the NCR market. Located in Knowledge Park III, the new property strengthens the company’s presence in one of India’s rapidly developing business, education, and events corridors.
The 76-room hotel has been positioned to cater to both business and leisure travellers, offering connectivity to key commercial hubs, educational institutions, and venues such as India Expo Mart. The launch comes at a time when Greater Noida is witnessing increased infrastructure development and rising hospitality demand driven by business expansion, educational growth, and upcoming projects like the Jewar International Airport.
According to Atul Upadhyay, the opening reflects the company’s strategic focus on strengthening its presence in high-growth markets within NCR. He stated that Greater Noida is steadily emerging as a major destination for business, events, education, and leisure travel, creating growing demand for quality hospitality infrastructure.
The property features contemporary guest rooms, modern amenities, and multiple food and beverage offerings including Cafe Pride, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and Mr. Confectioner bakery. The hotel also plans to introduce Fuel Bar as part of its hospitality and leisure experience. Additionally, Pride Premier Greater Noida is preparing to offer more than 8,000 square feet of event space capable of hosting conferences, weddings, corporate gatherings, and large social events.

The unit is owned by Shivay LLP, marking its first venture into the hospitality sector. R.K. Tandon highlighted the economic and employment potential of the project, particularly in the context of upcoming regional infrastructure developments. He noted that the launch aligns with the region’s expected hospitality boom following the operationalisation of Jewar Airport.
Mohammad Shoeb added that Greater Noida is rapidly transforming into a key business and travel destination with increasing domestic and international connectivity. The company believes the hotel is strategically positioned to meet the region’s growing demand for premium accommodation and event infrastructure.
Founded in 1987, Pride Hotels currently operates more than 60 hotels and resorts across India under multiple hospitality brands spanning upscale and midscale segments. The Greater Noida launch forms part of the group’s broader expansion strategy across emerging urban and business destinations in the country.
