In a captivating new campaign, OPPO has taken inspiration from Zoya Akhtar’s cult film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (ZNMD) to showcase the AI-powered features of its Reno13 series. Featuring actors Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ishaan Khatter, and Vedang Raina, the ads evoke the adventurous and carefree spirit of the movie, encouraging viewers to live in the moment and capture life’s experiences with unparalleled clarity.

Bringing Childhood Nostalgia Back to Life
Many of us fondly remember recreating wrestling moves, bowling actions, or iconic movie scenes as children. While most abandon these playful reenactments as adulthood sets in, this campaign brings the joy of those moments back to life. Through four engaging short films, the campaign highlights the Reno13’s advanced camera system while paying homage to ZNMD’s message of embracing life’s adventures.

The Films: Capturing Iconic Moments
Each film in the campaign depicts a slice of carefree fun, demonstrating the Reno13’s cutting-edge camera features in action.

Beachside Prank
The first film unfolds at a serene beachside bar, where the trio plans to prank a middle-aged man enjoying his drink. Siddhant leads the mischief, only to be hilariously betrayed by his friends. Ishaan captures Siddhant’s bewildered reactions using the Reno13’s AI Live Photo, perfectly encapsulating the spontaneity of the moment.

Poolside Adventure
In the second film, Ishaan coaxes a hesitant Vedang to jump into a pool. Siddhant joins the fun by playfully pulling Vedang in, creating a splash of laughter. The Reno13’s underwater photography mode captures crystal-clear images of the playful scene, showcasing its ability to deliver sharp results even underwater.

Flamenco Night
The third spot is set at a Flamenco-themed party. Amid lively music and rhythmic beats, a dancer invites Ishaan to join her on the dance floor. As the duo moves in sync, Siddhant uses the Reno13’s AI Unblur feature to take vibrant and sharp shots, capturing the dynamic energy of the moment.

The Reflective Office Call
In the final film, Ishaan and Vedang relax in a car amidst scenic surroundings, while Siddhant, dressed in a formal shirt, tie, and casual shorts, takes a video call outside. Vedang humorously captures the quirky contrast using the Reno13’s AI Reflection Remover, eliminating glass reflections to deliver a flawless image.

This campaign follows OPPO’s earlier Dil Chahta Hai-inspired ad, which similarly drew on Bollywood nostalgia to connect with its audience. By weaving cultural touchstones into its messaging, OPPO strengthens its brand identity as a companion for life’s memorable journeys.
