New Delhi: Havas has announced a bold new strategic plan, ‘Converged,’ committing €400 million to enhance its data, technology, and AI capabilities over the next four years. The initiative was unveiled by Yannick Bolloré, Chairman and CEO of Havas, during a press conference in Cannes.
At the core of the Converged strategy is the launch of a new groupwide Operating System (OS), designed to integrate the best technology with creative processes. This new OS is aimed at delivering hyper-personalized solutions by unlocking the full potential of Havas’ capabilities across all markets.
Bolloré expressed his enthusiasm for the transformative plan, stating, “I couldn’t be more excited about this transformative development for Havas. Our new Converged strategy will build even more bridges between creativity, media, production, and technology than ever before.”
The €400 million investment will focus on supercharging Havas’ marketing technology, data, and generative AI, enhancing the delivery of creativity, media, and production. This financial commitment reflects Havas’ ongoing dedication to innovation and its vision for a fully integrated, client-centric approach.

A Global Task Force will be established to support this significant investment, ensuring that the new OS is effectively implemented and that Havas’ 23,000 talents can craft integrated, sustainable solutions. The system will enable Havas to deliver real-time, optimized, and meaningful content and experiences at scale.
Havas aims to transform the client experience by leveraging the new end-to-end integrated model. This will involve a more centrally led client structure and the appointment of a new Global Chief Client Officer. This approach is designed to ensure a seamless experience for clients across the world, offering real-time, personalized solutions that meet their evolving needs.
The Converged strategy marks a new chapter for Havas as it prepares for the possibility of becoming publicly traded. The company continues to experience robust growth, strong commercial and creative activity, and record years in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
