New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) Alumni Association (IIMCAA) is calling for entries for its 8th annual IIMCAA Awards. The awards honor excellence in mass communication across 12 categories, with prizes ranging from INR 1,50,000 to trophies and certificates.

- Journalist of the Year (Prize Money: INR 1,50,000)
- Agriculture Reporter of the Year (Prize Money: INR 1,00,000)
- Reporter of the Year (Publishing) (Prize Money: INR 50,000)
- Reporter of the Year (Broadcast) (Prize Money: INR 50,000)
- Indian Language Reporter of the Year (Publishing) (Prize Money: INR 50,000)
- Indian Language Reporter of the Year (Broadcast)
- Producer of the Year (Broadcast)
- PR Person of the Year
- Ad Person of the Year
- PR Agency of the Year
- Ad Agency of the Year
- Digital Agency of the Year
Eligibility
The IIMCAA Awards are open to all Indian and international media professionals. Work published or broadcast between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, is eligible for entry.
How to Apply
Entries must be submitted online at the IIMCAA website (iimcaa.org/iimcaa-awards-2024) by July 20, 2024. Applicants must carefully read the rules, guidelines, and code of conduct before applying.

Selection Process
A panel of esteemed jury members will shortlist entries and select the winners. The IIMCAA does not disclose the names of applicants except for the winners.
Awards Ceremony
The IIMCAA Awards ceremony will be held in September or October 2024. The exact date and venue will be announced later.
