New Delhi: In a major boost for Indian football, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) announced a landmark commercial rights agreement with Shrachi Sports Endeavour Private Limited on Monday. This deal will see Shrachi Sports produce and broadcast a whopping 338 matches across various AIFF competitions during the 2024-25 season, bringing unprecedented visibility to the sport.
The agreement encompasses a wide range of tournaments, including the I-League, I-League 2, the Senior National Championship for the Santosh Trophy, and the Senior Women’s National Championship for the Rajmata Jijabai Trophy. Football fans can look forward to extensive coverage, with all matches streamed live on the Sony Sports Entertainment Network (SSEN) app. Moreover, 110 out of the 132 I-League matches will be broadcast live on Sony Sports Network, ensuring wider reach and accessibility for viewers across the country.

AIFF Secretary General Shaji Prabhakaran hailed the partnership, stating, “This significant partnership will help Indian football to get necessary exposure.” This sentiment was echoed by Rahul Todi, Managing Director of Shrachi Sports, who expressed his company’s commitment to the growth of Indian sports.
