New Delhi: The Advertising Council of India (ACI) is gearing up to spearhead a delegation to the prestigious 6th AFAA DigiAsia, scheduled to take place in Taipei from September 2nd to 5th, 2024. This annual event, organized by the Asian Federation of Advertising Associations (AFAA), promises to delve deep into the theme of AI4U, focusing on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across industries.
Srinivasan Swamy, Chairman of AFAA, emphasized the significance of Taipei as a hub of AI technology. “This year’s theme, AI4U, underscores the practical applications and future implications of AI,” Swamy stated. “Delegates will have the unique opportunity not only to hear from leading experts but also to visit pioneering AI companies, gaining firsthand insights into the cutting-edge technologies shaping our digital future.”

The event boasts a comprehensive lineup of speakers who will cover diverse facets of AI, from its practical uses to its global impact. “We are excited to offer Indian delegates an exclusive early bird incentive,” Swamy announced, highlighting that the usual delegate registration fee of USD 1200 will be waived for Indian participants who register before July 15th, 2024.
ACI, comprising esteemed members such as The Advertising Club, Indian Society of Advertisers, India Chapter of IAA, Indian Broadcasting and Digital Foundation, and Advertising Agencies Association of India, aims to leverage this platform to foster knowledge exchange and innovation within India’s marketing and communications sector.
