NEW DELHI:- Storytellers 101 Communications has appointed Akshat Jain as its new Managing Director, as the agency looks to strengthen its leadership structure and accelerate expansion across emerging and high-growth sectors.
Akshat Jain brings close to two decades of experience in strategic communications, reputation management, corporate communications, and media relations across industries including automotive, FMCG, mobility, and consumer brands. Over the course of his career, he has worked with several leading companies including Tata Motors, Yamaha, Jaguar Land Rover, Jeep, FIAT, Castrol, Kinetic Green, and Greaves Cotton.
Before joining Storytellers 101, Akshat served as Vice President at Weber Shandwick India, where he spent over eight years leading mobility and corporate mandates. During his tenure, he worked on integrated communication strategies, leadership positioning, crisis communication, product launches, and reputation management initiatives for several prominent brands. His earlier professional experience also includes roles at Perfect Relations and Allied Blenders & Distillers.
At Storytellers 101 Communications, Akshat Jain will focus on scaling integrated communication mandates, strengthening strategic capabilities, mentoring teams, and driving the agency’s growth across newer business verticals and sectors.

Commenting on the appointment, Leon De Souza said the move forms part of the company’s broader plan to strengthen its senior leadership team and bring deeper industry expertise into the organisation as it continues to grow.
Devendra Singh added that Akshat’s experience across sectors and communications disciplines would help the agency expand into new verticals while further strengthening its strategic communication capabilities.
Speaking on his new role, Akshat Jain highlighted the agency’s entrepreneurial approach, creative thinking, and emphasis on impactful storytelling as key reasons behind his decision to join the company. He noted that the evolving communications landscape increasingly demands authentic and culturally relevant narratives that connect meaningfully with audiences.
