ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (ZEE) has officially inducted Divya Karani and Saurav Adhikari into its board following shareholder approval via remote e-voting concluded on July 8.
Karani joins as Independent Director, bringing over 30 years of media and advertising expertise, including a 12-year stint as CEO of Dentsu Media South Asia. She currently leads Kulfi Collective, a media network pioneering content, commerce, and culture.
Adhikari steps in as Non-Executive Director, with an extensive background in technology, FMCG, and operations. A senior partner at Indus Tech Edge Fund I, he has held leadership roles at HCL, Unilever, and PepsiCo, and actively supports AI-led startups in fintech and healthcare.
