While the legal entity structure has been consolidated, the operating structure for the merged business units will remain unchanged. They will continue to focus on their respective product portfolios, which include millet-based products, ready-to-drink beverages, and ready-to-cook/ready-to-eat meals.

These product categories are key growth areas for Tata Consumer Products, and the merger is expected to strengthen the company’s position in these markets.

With the completion of this merger, Tata Consumer Products is well-positioned for continued growth and success in the Indian FMCG market.
