New Delhi: Swiggy, India’s leading food delivery platform, has announced the return of its much-awaited Great Indian Restaurant Festival (GIRF) 2024. This year’s edition promises to be even bigger and better, with over 10,000 restaurants participating across 39 cities in India.

From September 5 to October 27, diners can enjoy flat 50% off on their meals at participating restaurants. Building upon the success of the previous edition, where customers saved a whopping Rs 120 crores, GIRF 2024 aims to make dining out more affordable and enjoyable for everyone.

Renowned restaurants like Socials, Jamie’s Pizzeria, Irish House, Fisherman Wharfs, Malaka Spice, Hard Rock Cafe, and luxury hospitality brands like JW Marriott Group, ITC, and Hyatt are among those joining the festival. Additionally, HDFC Bank credit cardholders can avail of an extra 15% discount, making every meal even more rewarding.

To enhance the dining experience, GIRF 2024 will offer perks such as free cocktails, mocktails, and happy hours at select restaurants. The festival will cover a wide range of culinary hotspots across India, from major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Goa to emerging destinations like Lucknow, Surat, and Udaipur.

Swapnil Bajpai, head at Swiggy Dineout, expressed his excitement about the festival, stating, “As the festive season approaches, we know our customers are eager to celebrate at their favorite restaurants. GIRF has been growing bigger with each edition, and we’re thrilled to bring it back within the same year due to popular demand. This edition promises to be our grandest yet, with vibrant flavors and creative dishes from across India.”

To make sure that no food lover misses out on the incredible deals and dining experiences, Swiggy Dineout has launched the “Bhoolna Mana Hai” campaign featuring Rohit Sharma. The campaign humorously emphasizes the importance of not forgetting about GIRF, ensuring that people mark their calendars to check and book deals at their favorite restaurants through the Swiggy Dineout app or website.
