New Delhi: The Press Trust of India (PTI), a leading news agency in India, has announced the appointment of Subhakeerthana S as its new Deputy News Editor. With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, Subhakeerthana brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.
Prior to joining PTI, Subhakeerthana served as the Entertainment Editor at South First, where she honed her skills in editorial production and media management. Reflecting on her career journey, she shared on LinkedIn, “Every time I consider leaving journalism, some force draws me back. The more I want to quit, the stronger the pull to stay. Notably, she also led Kamal Haasan’s Maiam Whistle App, showcasing her leadership skills in the media industry.
