New Delhi: Kenvue, the newly independent consumer health company spun off from Johnson & Johnson, has chosen Publicis Media as its media agency of record for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This decision follows a competitive pitch process that began earlier this year and was managed by the consultancy R3. Publicis Media will be responsible for Kenvue’s media strategy, planning, and buying across multiple APAC countries. The account was previously held by IPG.
This move is the latest in a series of agency appointments for Kenvue, which has been actively building its marketing and advertising capabilities since its separation from Johnson & Johnson. In May 2024, Kenvue expanded its global creative agency roster, adding FCB and BBDO.

Kenvue’s decision to appoint Publicis Media comes at a time of significant investment for the company in the APAC region. In June 2024, Kenvue India’s Managing Director, Manish Anandani, announced plans to increase advertising spending. This suggests that Publicis Media will play a key role in driving Kenvue’s growth in this important market.
Kenvue, whose name is inspired by the words “ken” (knowledge) and “vue” (sight), was formed in 2022 as part of Johnson & Johnson’s historic restructuring. The company houses a portfolio of well-known consumer health brands, including Band-Aid, Listerine, Neutrogena, and Aveeno.
