The Press Club of India has urged the Rajasthan government and local administration to take immediate and strict action against the perpetrators of this attack. The organization has also called upon the Press Trust of India to take up the matter with the state government and provide all necessary support to its affected journalists.
This incident highlights the increasing threats faced by journalists in India, particularly those working in regional areas. Such attacks not only undermine the freedom of the press but also hinder the public’s right to information.
