India TV Expands Reach with Samsung TV Plus Partnership

India TV has partnered with Samsung TV Plus to bring its popular channels to a wider audience. Viewers can now enjoy news, current affairs, fitness, and entertainment on their Samsung Smart TVs.

New Delhi: India TV, a prominent news broadcasting company, has strengthened its presence in the rapidly evolving Connected TV (CTV) market through a strategic alliance with Samsung TV Plus India. This collaboration has resulted in the availability of four India TV channels – India TV, India TV Speed News, India TV Aap Ki Adalat, and India TV Yoga – on the Samsung TV Plus platform.

Viewers can now conveniently access a diverse range of content, including news, current affairs, fitness, and entertainment, directly on their Samsung Smart TVs. This strategic move underscores India TV’s commitment to reaching a wider audience and capitalizing on the growing popularity of CTV platforms.

Amit Kumar Sinha, Chief Strategy Officer of India TV, expressed optimism about the partnership, stating, “Our collaboration with Samsung TV Plus offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality and engaging content to a broader audience. We believe this alliance will redefine the way viewers consume online content and enhance their overall experience.”

Samsung TV Plus, a free streaming service pre-installed on Samsung Smart TVs, offers a vast library of channels across various genres. In India, the platform provides access to over 100 live TV channels and a substantial collection of movies and shows.

Kunal Mehta, Head of Partnerships at Samsung TV Plus India, emphasized the company’s dedication to providing quality content to its viewers. He stated, “The addition of these four new channels from India TV aligns with our vision of offering diverse and engaging content. We are confident that this partnership will enhance our viewers’ experience and further solidify Samsung TV Plus’ position in the Indian market.”
