New Delhi: ESAF Small Finance Bank recently launched its ‘Clap of Joy’ campaign to mark its seventh anniversary. The campaign aimed to gauge customer experiences and the bank’s impact on communities.
An eight-member crew traveled across India, interacting with customers and capturing their stories. The resulting films showcased the positive impact ESAF has made on people’s lives.
