New Delhi: In a groundbreaking move that reshapes the music industry landscape, The Walt Disney Company has secured a 10-year global deal with The Recording Academy to exclusively simulcast The Grammys on ABC, Hulu, and Disney+ starting from 2027. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone, making Disney the first new home for Music’s Biggest Night in half a century.

A New Era for The Grammys

The agreement between The Recording Academy and Disney signifies a transformative era for The Grammys. Beyond the exclusive simulcast, the partnership will also involve the production of multiple GRAMMY-branded music specials and additional innovative programming across Disney’s diverse platforms.

Disney’s Growing Empire of Live Events

The Grammys join an impressive roster of prestigious live events at The Walt Disney Company, including The Oscars, The CMA Awards, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest, and the powerhouse sports entertainment brand, ESPN. In a remarkable alignment, 2027 will see ABC host The Grammys, The Oscars, and Super Bowl LXI, solidifying Disney’s position as the ultimate destination for world-class live entertainment.
