New Delhi: Wells Fargo, the renowned American financial institution with over 150 years of experience, has announced the appointment of Pooja Thakran as its Executive & Leader- Public Affairs for India and the Philippines. This strategic move strengthens Wells Fargo’s communication and engagement efforts across both countries.
Thakran, a seasoned communications professional with over three decades of experience, brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Throughout her impressive career, she has thrived in diverse leadership roles, managing brand communications and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives for leading multinational corporations across various geographical locations.
In her new role at Wells Fargo, Thakran will spearhead a comprehensive public affairs strategy encompassing internal and external communications. This includes government relations (GR), events management, brand and customer marketing, and CSR activities for both India and the Philippines.
