New Delhi: 93.5 Red FM is set to spice up Mumbai’s December with the “Kutty” edition of South Side Story. This year’s festival promises a concentrated dose of South Indian culture, music, and food.
Taking place at NESCO Center, Goregaon, on December 14th, 2024, the “Kutty” Edition aims to replicate the success of its two-day Delhi counterpart. In a city saturated with large-scale festivals, Red FM is offering a more intimate and niche experience for South Indian music enthusiasts.
The lineup for this year’s edition includes Vedan, Pal Dabba, Sooraj Santhosh, Yung Raja, Dopeadelicz, and Baby Jean, all making their South Side Story debut. The grand finale will be headlined by the renowned band Agam, a regular fixture at the festival.

Beyond the music, South Side Story will provide a complete cultural immersion. Visitors can savor a traditional South Indian feast, known as Sadhya, along with other delectable dishes. A curated selection of drinks and cocktails will complement the culinary experience. Additionally, immersive South Indian-themed activities will transport attendees to the southern part of the country.
Nisha Narayanan, COO and Director of Red FM & Magic FM, expressed her excitement about bringing the “Kutty” edition to Mumbai. She emphasized the festival’s unique format and its commitment to promoting both cultural evangelism and indie music. Narayanan highlighted the diverse musical lineup, featuring hip-hop/rap, folk fusion, and progressive rock.
