With over 15 years of industry experience, Upasana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. Prior to joining FCB Kinnect, she served as Vice President and CSD at Wunderman Thompson. Her impressive track record includes successful stints at renowned brands like Spotify, Flipkart, Hershey’s, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI Bank, Colgate Palmolive, and many more.
In her capacity as Senior Vice President, Western Region, Upasana will be responsible for leading FCB Kinnect’s Mumbai operations. Her key responsibilities will include scaling the agency’s client base, exploring new market opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives. She will also play a crucial role in fostering collaboration with the agency’s creative leadership, further solidifying FCB Kinnect’s position as a creatively-led integrated agency.
