ABP Network, a leading national news broadcaster, is seeking a qualified Master Control Room (MCR) operator to join their team in Noida.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience handling live news channels. They will be responsible for evaluating the quality and performance of video and audio reception, production, and transmission. This includes monitoring the strength, clarity, and reliability of incoming and outgoing signals, and adjusting equipment to maintain broadcast quality.
The MCR operator will also play and record broadcast programs using an automation system and preview scheduled programs to ensure signals are functioning properly and programs are ready for transmission.

Key Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of current technological developments and trends in the broadcast industry
- Experience with broadcast operations in leading news channels
- Understanding of FCT and NON FCT operations
- Proficiency in Master Control Room equipment and procedures
